This bathroom and laundry renovation in Tecoma by CLB Building transforms two of the homes functional spaces into calm, light-filled rooms. The design leans into a light material palette, pairing crisp white tiles with warm timber joinery to create a balanced and inviting atmosphere.

In the bathroom, a freestanding bath is positioned to capture natural light and outlook, complemented by a floating double vanity and refined wall-mounted fixtures. Vertical tiling adds subtle texture, while clean lines maintain a sense of simplicity and order.

The laundry continues the same feel, with custom cabinetry, integrated appliances, and efficient storage solutions maximising usability within a compact footprint. Together, the spaces deliver a cohesive and considered outcome that elevates everyday routines with thoughtful design and quality detailing.
