This home extension in Upwey by CLB Building enhances both functionality and connection to the surrounding landscape. The project introduced a new bathroom alongside a covered outdoor entertaining area, expanding the home’s liveability while responding to its setting.

The outdoor area is designed for year-round use, with a simple, robust structure that integrates seamlessly with the existing home. Clean lines, durable materials, and subtle detailing ensure the addition feels cohesive, while providing a sheltered space for dining and relaxation.

Inside, the new bathroom continues combining crisp tiling with warm timber joinery and streamlined fixtures. Together, the additions deliver a practical and considered upgrade, creating a more flexible home that balances indoor comfort with outdoor living.
